As part of that insurance, we more fully developed our already comprehensive Quality System, and as a result, in April of 2000, became an ISO 9001 Registered company, complying with the ISO 9001:1994 Quality Standard. Currently, we are updating our Quality System to comply with the requirements of the new ISO Standard, ISO 9000:2000, with completion expected in mid 2003. Through continuous assessments and reviews conducted by our ISO Registrar, BSI, Inc., DLC maintains our registration, but more importantly, a Quality System that allows for continual improvement, growth and accountability. |
